How do I apply my TourRadar+ Credits to a new booking?

You can easily apply your TourRadar+ Credits during the booking process on TourRadar. Here's how:

Step 1: Sign in to your account

Log in using the email address linked to your TourRadar+ Credits.

Step 2: Browse and choose your tour

• As you browse, you'll see how much you can save with your credits shown under the price on each tour.

• When you've found the adventure you want to book, click Confirm Dates to begin booking.

Step 3: Complete the booking form

Work through the booking form and make your selections:

• Enter the number of travellers (if needed)

• Choose your accommodation option

• Add any additional services (if available and you'd like them)

As you do this, the price breakdown updates to show the total credits applied to your booking. The credit figure you saw while browsing is based on the per-person price, so it adjusts automatically as you change your booking details — and the final amount applied is always shown in the full price breakdown before you confirm.

Step 4: Apply your credits

If you're logged in, your TourRadar+ Credits will appear automatically under the TourRadar Savings section before the payment schedule.

If you don't see your credits:

• Make sure you're logged in with the correct email address associated with your credits.

• If they still don't appear, reach out via Live Chat for assistance from our Customer Support team.

Credit use limits

• Your TourRadar+ Credits can be used to pay for up to 5% of the total booking value.

• They can't be combined with Member Savings or promo codes.

Booking with a co-traveler?

Only the lead traveler's credits can be applied to a booking. If both travelers have credits, you'll need to book separately to use them.
