What's changing with TourRadar+ and my Travel Credits?

From the beginning of August, TourRadar+ is moving to a new, level-based rewards program that replaces Travel Credits and is built to reward you more the more you travel. Here's what it means for you.

What's changing

With the introduction of TourRadar+ you can expect:

• You'll get an automatic saving applied at checkout every time you book.

• Your past bookings count, so the more you've travelled, the bigger your starting saving.

• Travel Credits are being retired.

• More benefits and perks as part of the program.

• Full details will follow closer to the time.

What this means for you

Your Travel Credits are safe to use right up until the change at the beginning of August, so there's really nothing to lose by using them now. Any booking you make now also counts toward your TourRadar+ level, so your savings grow for next time.

After that, Travel Credits retire, but you'll be part of TourRadar+, earning bigger and better rewards the more you travel!

Frequently asked questions

Can I still use my Travel Credits?
Yes. Your credits stay active and work as normal right up until the change at the beginning of August. As now, you can apply up to 5% of a booking's value in credits per booking, so it's a great time to put them toward a trip.

Do I need to do anything?
No. Once the new program starts, your TourRadar+ level will be applied to your account, ans your savings are applied automatically at checkout as long as you are signed in. There's no code to enter and nothing to activate.

What happens to my credits when the change starts?
Travel Credits are retired at that point. Instead of a credit balance, you'll have a TourRadar+ level that automatically saves you money on every booking, based on your booking history.

Will I still save?
Yes, and for most travellers it works out better over time. Rather than a credit you can only use once, you save automatically on every booking you make, and the more you travel the more you save.

How is my saving worked out?
Your level is based on how many bookings you've made with us. The more you've travelled, the higher your level and the bigger your saving. Full details will follow closer to the change.

I have a large credit balance. What should I do?
Your credits are yours to use right up until the change, so we'd recommend putting them toward a trip beforehand. If you have any questions about your balance, our team is happy to help.
