How do I view my TourRadar+ Credits?

Viewing your TourRadar+ Credits on TourRadar is quick and straightforward.

TourRadar+ Credits are our way of rewarding you for booking, referring friends, and sharing your Moments — helping you save on your next adventure. Find out more about how to earn credits here.

Where to find your balance

  • Log in to your TourRadar account and go to your account page. Your available credits are shown at the top, along with how many bookings you've made.

Your credits breakdown

Your account page shows a full breakdown — "Total accumulated credits and savings so far" — so you can see exactly where your credits came from:

  • Bookings — credits earned from your confirmed bookings

  • Referrals — credits earned when friends you've referred book a tour

  • Approved Moments — credits earned from your approved Moment videos

  • Joined TourRadar+ — your welcome bonus for signing up

Seeing your savings as you browse

  • When you're logged in, you'll see how much you can save with your credits as you browse — on search results and tour pages. For example: "Save $50 with your credits."

The saving shown is based on the base per person price for this tour. The actual amount you can save may be higher depending on the tour date, number of travellers, and any add-ons selected. Your confirmed saving will be shown on the booking page.

Using your TourRadar+ Credits

  • When you're logged in, your credits are automatically applied to your booking and shown in the price breakdown on the booking page (up to 5% of the total tour cost). Credits can't be combined with a TourRadar promo code.

  • The confirmed amount reflects your selected departure date, number of travellers, and any add-ons.

  • If you'd rather use a promo code instead, select "Redeem Promo Code" at checkout and your credits will be saved for your next booking.
