What is a Hosted Trip?

← Back to Hosted Trips

A Hosted Trip is a private group adventure where you — as a RISE Ambassador — bring together your community to travel on a curated multi-day tour. TourRadar and the tour operator handle all the logistics, payments, and traveller support, so you can focus on leading your group and creating content.

What makes it different from a regular tour?

A Hosted Trip is a private departure just for your group. Your travellers book through your dedicated trip page, not the general TourRadar marketplace. As the host, you set the tone for the experience and travel alongside your community.

What does TourRadar handle?

  • All bookings and payments

  • Communication with the tour operator

  • Your dedicated trip landing page

  • 24/7 traveller support before and during the trip

What do you handle?

  • Promoting the trip to your audience

  • Building excitement and community around the experience

  • Showing up and leading your group on the trip

  • Creating content during and after the adventure

Who is it for?

Hosted Trips are available to RISE Ambassadors who have an engaged community — whether on social media, a newsletter, a podcast, or a coaching programme. You don't need prior hosting or tour-leading experience.

💡 No upfront costs, ever. You only need to reach the minimum group size for your free seat to be confirmed. If the group doesn't fill by the cut-off date, you can cancel at no cost.
