How do I delete my TourRadar account?
If you decide that you need to delete your TourRadar account, we handle this process with the utmost care to ensure your privacy and data security are maintained.
There are two ways to delete your account: you can do it yourself from your account settings, or you can ask our team to do it for you.
Delete your account yourself
Every traveller can delete their own account directly from their account settings:
Log in to your TourRadar account.
Go to Account settings.
Open the Security & Privacy tab.
Select Delete your account.
Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm.
Once you confirm, your account and personal information will be removed from our system.

If you would rather we handle the deletion, you can request it by email instead:
To begin the account deletion process, please send an email to privacy@tourradar.com. This method allows us to handle your request securely and ensure your identity is verified before proceeding.
