How do I upload TourRadar Moments?
TourRadar Moments lets you upload photos or short videos from organized tours using the TourRadar app. Every approved Moment enters our monthly prize draw.
What can you do with Moments?
Moments lets you upload your short vertical videos or travel photos to share your experience with others. You can:
Inspire future travelers by linking your content to a tour.
Enter our monthly prize draw with every approved video upload, even if you didn't book your tour through TourRadar. (Photo uploads don't qualify for the draw.)
Optionally connect your Instagram or TikTok to share your profile with other travelers browsing your Moments.
How Moments prizes work
Getting a Moment approved enters it in our monthly draw for a $100 promo code toward a TourRadar booking. The most engaging Moments also share our $10,000 Moment of the Year prize fund, announced at the end of 2026. Approval enters you in the draw — it doesn't pay out on its own; if your Moment is drawn, we'll email you the promo code.
How to upload a Moment
You can only upload Moments using the TourRadar mobile app. Download the app here, then:
Open the TourRadar app and go to the Moments section
Log in to your TourRadar account, or create one when prompted
Upload videos or photos from your device — you'll be asked to grant the app access to your photo library
Link your content to a tour:
If booked through TourRadar: select your tour from the list of your bookings
If booked elsewhere: manually enter the tour operator name, and the tour name or destination
(Optional) Add a caption and connect Instagram or TikTok
Tap Submit Moment
What kind of content can I upload?
We're looking for:
Short vertical videos (under 60 seconds)
Natural, authentic moments — including scenery, food, activities, and your travel group
High-quality photos
We don't accept:
Blurry, dark, or heavily edited content
Irresponsible or unsafe behaviour
Photos or videos of children or animals that encourage unsafe, exploitative, or harmful behaviour
What happens after you upload?
Upload submitted - You'll see a confirmation message in the app
